A discount code is an alphanumeric code that entitles you to an additional discount on the products, which can be combined with the promotions already active on the site. The code must be used prior to placing the order (during checkout).

What is a Holyart credit?

You can get Holyart store credit in different ways:

1. By turning a refund into store credit: When you return an item, you can ask our customer service to get store credit to use on your next order.
2. By reviewing the item/s you purchased: By reviewing the item/s you purchased, you will receive a 10% of the value of each reviewed item/s in store credit. *Minimum amount of the voucher for each item: 1€. Maximum amount: 100€. Each item can only be reviewed once.

How can I use my store credit?

You will be able to use the credit at step 2 – “PAYMENT” – of checkout in the “USE YOUR CREDIT” box.

Type the amount you want to use and the credit will be discounted from the total.

Does my store credit expire?

The expiration of your credit depends on the type of credit it is:

1. Store credit received instead of a refund never expires and can be used anytime.
2. The Review credit lasts 12 months.
