How can I see the shipping costs for the item I want to buy?

Once you have added the item/s to your shopping cart, shipping costs will be calculated at step 1 – “SHIPPING” of checkout.

You can also check our “Shipping costs section at the bottom of the website. In order to see the costs, please select the delivery country.

Please note prices are listed in euros, and shipping costs DO NOT include possible customs fees.

Which shipping methods does Holyart offer?

Holyart ships with Fedex/TNT, DHL and post (Express Mail Service – EMS)

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship once we have received payment. The time for our bank to receive the payment needs to be added to the regular delivery time.

Are customs fees included in shipping costs?

Customs fees are NOT included in shipping costs and are charged by the courier.

How can I get free shipping?

Holyart usually doesn’t offer free shipping outside of Italy.

I made a mistake with the delivery address, can I change it?

If you have already placed the order and you noticed a mistake on the address, please contact our customer service via email customerservice@holyart.com 

 

Can I ship to a different address from mine?

Yes, you can add a new delivery address at step 1- “SHIPPING” of checkout while placing the order. Please note if you ship to a different country, shipping costs may vary.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary according to the delivery address, shipping method, and availability of products.

For items in stock, delivery times to the U.S. using STANDARD SHIPPING are 5-15 business days. Delivery times to the U.S. using EXPRESS SHIPPING are 2-5 business days.

Please note: Business days are recognized as Monday to Friday, the day of shipping is not included in these estimates, and possible customs delays are unfortunately not predictable.

 

How can I track my order?

Once the order has shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with the order number and the tracking link. Please don’t worry if the link is not immediately available.

The tracking link is also available in your Holyart account, in the “MY ORDERS” section.

I wasn’t home when the delivery person attempted delivery. What can I do?

If the courier doesn’t find anyone at the delivery address, there will be a new attempt as soon as possible. After 2/3 attempts the courier should leave a delivery attempt notice, through which you will be able to arrange a new delivery. If you don’t receive the delivery attempt notice, please contact our Customer Service.
